Winter Exhibition in Northallerton Library

Northallerton Library have invited us to display, over the Christmas period, an exhibition of prints on the theme of Winter. 
 
It will be a smaller display than the one we put up in the summer and will be available to view from Saturday 16 December to Saturday 13 January. We have around 20 images contributed by 10 Members all expertly displayed in the central hall of the library.

Inter-Club Battle Results

The Inter-club Battle was held on Thursday 14th December at Stokesley. It was very well attended and it was pleasing to see so many club members there, even if I didn’t get chance to talk to you all. 
 
I’ve attached the results for you to look at. They include our club individual scores and the totals for the three clubs. I would like to thank all 20 members who entered images for us, it was much appreciated. 
 
Overall the three clubs between them have some very experienced and highly skilled photographers. This meant that the middle and lower marks were pushed down a bit, so don’t be too disappointed with your mark if you were one of those ‘suffering’ as a result. Every mark counted and it was a good team effort.

A Message from our Honorary President, Paul Berriff OBE

Dave Coates received the following message from the Club’s Honorary President Paul Berriff recently.

I have viewed the Members’ Exhibition you sent me a couple of weeks ago. I must say the images are first-class. I was amazed to see such a range of subject and style. Everyone of the photographs are up there with the professionals. They show the dedication, skill and patience of your members in their goals to achieve the perfect image. You all must be very proud. A great tribute for the anniversary.
