Each week when we meet we usually serve Tea, Coffee and Biscuits to Speakers, Visitors and Members. This is free of charge. So that we can continue to offer this it is important that members offer to take their turn on the rota. The available dates are highlighted in the calendar below.

Please select the date(s) you would like to help. It’s usually best with two people, so please add both your names in the Name box.

The task is not too difficult. It involves setting out the cups etc prior to the meeting, and the break or end of the night serving the drinks and then loading the dishwasher and running the cycle, then emptying the dishwasher and storing the cups away.
